You Know
Your Child.
Let's Start There.
The answers you're looking for may be in the places others haven't thought to look.
You've Been Carrying A Lot
You've researched. You've advocated.
You've attended meetings. You've followed recommendations.
And you still feel like something important is being missed.
Who I Work With
I work with children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory processing differences, school avoidance, sleep difficulties, and emotional or behavioral challenges — whether these show up on their own or alongside a diagnosis. As a naturopathic doctor and creative arts therapist based in Shelton, CT, I bring together physical health, nervous system regulation, and emotional expression to help families in Shelton, Fairfield County, and throughout Connecticut find answers that go beyond a single label.
When The Whole Picture Hasn't Been Seen
There May Be More To The Story
A diagnosis can explain part of what you're seeing.
A symptom can explain one piece.
But children are rarely that simple.
When health, development, behavior, emotions, and environment
are viewed together, a clearer picture begins to emerge.

Every Child Is
More Than A Diagnosis.
What I've Learned
The most important clues are often the ones that don't seem connected. As a naturopathic doctor working with children and adolescents, I look at how sleep, focus, mood, digestion, learning, and behavior interact, because in a developing nervous system, these pieces rarely operate in isolation. A child struggling with attention may also be dealing with poor sleep or gut health issues that are quietly driving symptoms. A pediatric naturopathic assessment looks at the whole picture, not just the presenting behavior.
Sleep. Focus. Mood. Digestion. Learning. Behavior.
When those pieces are viewed together, a different picture begins to emerge.
Meaningful answers come from understanding the whole child.
